Thank you to everyone who purchased Market Day in March, for a profit of $385.19. We were hoping for 10 new customers and we got 18! We won a chest freezer, which will be auctioned off at a later date. If you buy chicken steaks during the month of April, you will have your name entered into a raffle to win a George Foreman Grill. The grill is a great way to make chicken steaks, burgers and delicious panini sandwiches. Thank you to Sue Miller and Mary Judy who will co-chair Market Day next year. Thanks for your support!

November is Pie Bonus Month and the top two selling classes will receive a pizza lunch party. We need to sell 249 pies to receive a profit of $1.75 per pie. Stock up for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s, as they can be frozen for several months. Buy those pies!

Did you know that Sara Lee Outlet Stores are stocking Market Day items? If you or your family and friends shop at any Sara Lee Outlet Store, mention Central School and we will receive 5% of the total sale on BOTH Market Day and Sara Lee items. The closest store to us is in North Riverside on Harlem north of Longcommon. Also, all proceeds from chicken steak sales will go towards the playground fund.
